Location was perfect. The front desk was friendly. We had an issue with our key hole and it was fixed by the time we returned from our outting. Slept 6 people, like we needed. Convenient mini kitchen, we didn't use the stove top. They had liquid hand soap, shampoo, and body wash available. They had a blow dryer and an iron/ironing board was made available. It was the smallest shower I have ever been in, but it had warm water, so functional. The window air conditioning worked great and I was surprised how quiet the room was. No weird smells in the hallway. It's a basic hotel, but for the price, location, amenities, and service I would stay again in a heartbeat.
Great location for a family trip to NYC! The room was CLEAN with unique rooftop patio. Similar to a studio apt, small, but all you really need for a great trip to experience the city. Traveled with 3 teens and it was plenty of room. Great host had coffee maker and filters for us, and very responsive. Elevator can be slow at busier times and a fan may have helped with keeping the room cooler, but it was 100 degrees during our visit and AC worked ok. Highly recommend!
Location was convenient, easy to find and close to all major tourism areas. No parking at the hotel but very close to many parking garages. Great price, very clean and plenty of space.
We had a lovely time here. The host was very nice and the room was clean, cozy, safe and super easy to walk to major attractions.
Came out here for a funeral and needed a place to stay. Check in was at 3 p.m. showed up at 2 and was fortunate enough to be checked in early. Room was very small but served it's purpose, nice and clean. Definitely a nice spot to crash and be out.

There is no daily cleaning service and you have to request towels every time you need them. There is no in room phone, so you need to go down to the office on the main floor for anything you need, which was sort of a pain. The kitchenette was great and came in handy. Henry was great and super helpful. There is luggage storage in the office if you need, which was helpful.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Manhattan—close to everything you could possibly need. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The room was clean and comfortable, and I truly felt welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York, whether for business or vacation. I will definitely be coming back!
